Minimum Pasty order is £15.

Our Pasties by Post orders are delivered on Tuesday through to Friday between the hours of 8am and 1pm. 
Postage costs £20.00 up to 15kg. Additional weight above 15kg is charged at £0.60 per kg. We deliver to UK Mainland (except Scotland).

Our Cakes & Buns by Post orders are delivered on Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Postage costs £10.24 up to 5Kg. We deliver to UK Mainland (except Scotland).

Orders placed before 3pm on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday should be delivered in two working days.

e.g: Order before 3pm on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday.

Any order placed after 3pm on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday (or Wednesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).

All postage dates are estimated dates, we cannot guarantee deliveries, 24-hour delays can be experienced.

If you don’t receive your parcel on your designated delivery date please follow the below instructions:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns on perishable goods.
If there is an issue with the product, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a full refund or a replacement.  Please note we may request photographic evidence before processing a refund or issuing a replacement.

You can cancel or amend your order before 3pm two days before delivery is scheduled. You can make changes to your order by calling 01208 892722.

Shipping

All items are shipped via APC Next Day Delivery. A signature will be required for your delivery, if you’re not going to be at home a safe place to leave the parcel will be required. If the courier attempts delivery with no answer and no safe place has been requested, we will not be liable for the goods and a refund will not be offered.
