Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Where you can use it
- Gift cards can be used to purchase goods at any Malcolm Barnecutt Bakery.
- You can also redeem the full card value by phone when ordering pasties by post.
- Gift cards cannot be used online and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Minimum load value
- Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £10.
Remaining balance
- If there’s money left on the card after a purchase, you can use it next time. Please keep your card safe.
Validity
- Gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
- Any remaining balance will be lost after the expiry date.
Checking your balance
- You can check your balance at any of our bakeries , just ask a member of the team.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards
- Please treat your gift card like cash. We can’t replace or refund gift cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Refunds & returns
- Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be returned onto a gift card.
Fair use
- We may refuse to accept or cancel a gift card if we believe it has been altered, copied, or used fraudulently.
Updates to these terms
- We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
