From their famous pasties to the range of doughnuts, bread, cakes and much more, everything is made at the production units in Bodmin and then distributed to each of the Malcolm Barnecutt shops and numerous wholesale customers.

Molesworth Shop Refurbishment

Following the recent completion of our new Wadebridge shop, we are now closing our Molesworth shop for a fabulous new refurbishment.

Closing on Saturday 31st August at 3:30pm, the shop will remain closed for a few months to give the refurb teams time to work their magic.

Don’t forget we still have shops in Wadebridge that are open during this time.

Incredible Doughnuts

Best pasty in the entire world! I’ve tried so many in Cornwall but each time I have a Malcolm Barnecutt pasty I realise it is on another level to everything else. And incredible doughnuts too! I wish I lived in the south west so I could eat from here regularly.

Crammed With Filling

Really excellent Malcolm Barnecutts. Lovely friendly staff. We went at 2pm on Friday and they had 10 large steak pasties left and loads of mediums. Extremely hot and probably the best Malcolm Barnecutt pasty I’ve ever had! So best one ever! £5 for a large steak pasty but crammed with filling, so totally worth the price. Only 2 parking spots. Really nice outside eating area out the front in the sun

So far the best Cornish Pasty I’ve tried from Bodmin to the Lizard Point. And that’s better than Ann’s, the Stone Henge Special, and Ginsters.

Outstanding local bakery! We had a couple pasties one day and sandwiches another. Good prices, friendly staff. Very tasty! Get there early for best selection, and the close mid-afternoon. There should be a place like this in every town!

Visited this shop whilst on holiday specifically to try the pasties and I was not disappointed, the best steak pasty I have ever had, and I’ve had quite a few over the years.

Had probably the best Cornish pastie I’ve ever tasted. I choose the small steak. It was full of meat, potatoes and carrots and seasoned very well. I also purchased a couple of cakes. Very good value!

We love Barnecutt’s and go here often to sit in and have either a cooked breakfast or a nice fresh pasty. Is up with the best pasties. Great selection of cakes and other savoury filling for rolls etc.

I Will Be Back

I’ve frequented Barnies for decades, but delighted to see this outlet when I popped into Asda for some food. And even more delighted to see they had egg & bacon pie and heavy cake available. The pasties are excellent too, I will be back!
